We made it to and back from Hueco a second time... and this time was much sweeter: Brendan didn't have the flu, and baby knew what it was about! Driving to Texas always seems like an adventure into weirdness, until we get to the boulders. Sky slept some, but less than last time, for the drive, and thus slept much better at night there :) He hangs out in the crash pad while we boulder, or walks around with one of us while the other one climbs. We actually met up with Ethan and Mark from SF in Hueco, and they took us along on their climbing tour, so we checked out a different climbing area and it was awesome. In Hueco there are several areas you cannot go to without a guide, Jen took us, not only was she our guide, but she also got her baby fix ;) It was sweet to hang out with these guys, and Ethan sent strong! The flip pac is really nice the way Brendan worked it: Sky took a warm bath in front of the heater his second night and seemed to think it wasn't so bad! We got on a few different problems, but Brendan sent "Loaded with power" (V10), and "The Egg" (V9), and I did "Speed Bump" (V7), so we were both super happy. Sky got to hang out outside, smiled and babbled a bunch, so we think he must be pretty happy too... We're going again in a couple weeks :))))
