Tahiti

Victory! I finally sorted thru the pictures... we have soooo many! We went to Tahiti for 9 days to visit Corine & Olivier on their trip. We flew to Los Angeles, and then Pape'ete. Sky did awesome in the plane. Air Tahiti gave us the front seats with lots of room, and they provided us with a baby bassinet which clips in to the wall... pretty sweet! So Sky pretty much slept the whole time... ouh yeah baby :-) My parents picked us up at the airport, and we spent the first night at the "Yacht Club de Tahiti"! We sailed over to a first close by beach for starters, and then we sailed to Moorea. I hadn't sailed forever, and totally got sea sick! Brendan and my mom took care of Sky, while my dad got us where we wanted to go, and I was puking overboard... in lovely pretty blue waters with palm trees, and coconut trees in the background... he! Sea sickness stops as soon as you stop though, and Moorea was really awesome, so it was all worth the puky times. We hung out on the beach, did some snorkling, and spent time on the boat... It was pretty deluxe, and super cool to see my parents and spend some time with them on their pacific journey! Sky took his first dip (followed by many more!) in the pacific, and thought it was quite alright I think :P We were afraid of the intensity of the sun there, and even super covered, wearing hat and home-made sunglasses by Brendan, Sky got burned around his eyes... guess we didn't put the sunscreen close enough to his eyes, and he got a bit red :((( But he peeled, and all was well after that! My parents's sail boat is neatly rigged up for living on it, even with a baby! Sky spent most his days naked, peed on my mom a bunch, and wore diapers to go do stuff! Here are some pictures!!

Baby racoon with the lenses! Too cute. Love the sleeping duo photo. That's a keeper.

c'est cool de partager les photos avec vous, Brendan va-t-il faire breveter les baby-lunettes ?
Merci à vous et bonne année 2011.

Well, if you can't pee on your grandma, who can you pee on? LOL!
