Halloween Yoga!

Our yoga class was all about Halloween this morning, and so was Sky!!!

Getting chilly in Coloado!

That's it... it feels like winter is just around the corner! No snow yet, but it has gotten a lot colder. We thus had to bundle our little man with (one of) the awesome little jackets Minnie knitted for Sky. He looks like a little sheep in it and looks really warm and comfy!! We're getting used to carrying him around the house in the sling. "Wear your baby" is big these days... he loves it, and we do too!!! He is a lot more interactive already, looking around a bunch and smiling once in a while :))

At home...

Now we're hanging out at home! Running outside, climbing at the gym, and Sky is growing and changing so much!!!! He is still really cute :) We are starting to get random smiles here an there, it's so cool!

Sky's first road trip!!!

We were lucky to have a happy healthy chill little newborn, so we figured we weren't going to spend our maternity/paternity leave at home! Sky turned 3 weeks, and we left for his first road trip... to California! We visited Brendan's parents in Petaluma, spent a week camping, climbing, and hiking in Yosemite, and finished our adventures in Tahoe, at Sean & Dana's cabin. Sky did really well!! We had him super huber bundled at night for the chilly temps in Yosemite, and had some brownies in the flip-pac for his 1 month birthday! We started cloth diapers at home and actually kept it going during the road trip... fun fun fun hand washing diapers in cold water!! What wouldn't we do for Sky's little bum!!?!! We had him sleep in the peapod while we bouldered in the valley, and he took his first few naps in the great outdoors ;) Sean and Dana made him his first campfire too at Upper Pines!! He now has his parents, and some "fire-parents" :)))))) We ended up running into several friends from SF!! It was sweet to catch up with them and show the new babe around! Then we went to Tahoe. Brendan sent White Lines, and Dana made me a gigantic delicious double stack chocolate birthday cake, after which we headed home. Sky rocked the car seat during the 20hours of driving... and I breastfed him on the road... just like on our drive in!!

Arthur et Fefe

Arthur et Fefe sont venus nous rendre visite a Boulder avant de partir en France. Alors forcement on a pris quelques photos de bebe avec sa petite famille :))) On vient de recevoir une baignoire pour Sky, mais avant ca on utilisait le lavabo... qui est deja presque trop petit!! Sky a 3 semaines aujourd'hui, et depuis hier, on a commence a lui donne le biberon: Brendan peut donner a manger a Sky!! Je continue d'allaiter, et Brendan lui donne un bib par jour ou tous les 2 jours. Fefe et Arthur repartent demain, Corine et olivier quittent SF pour leurs aventures dans le Pacific, et nous partons dimanche en voyage en Californie avec le flip pac et Sky!!! Tout le monde est en vacances chez nous! Bisous a tous, et plein de pensees pour les voyageurs ;))))) -Chloe
